The company was formed in 1998 by Gareth Riddell and Andrew Higson who were formerly the Managing Director and Investment Director respectively of Fletcher King Manchester, the quoted property services vehicle.

Riddelltps Limited advises on investment acquisitions, disposals, the continued management and refinancing of commercial property across all sectors of the market nationally.
