A new 5 year lease to Pernod Ricard was completed in Feb 2009 on the 3rd floor and the whole of the ground floor in Lampton Block. Their original lease was due to expire in June 2009. The landlord surrendered the Air Jamaica lease (which was due to expire in March 2010) to facilitate Pernod’s expansion.
A new 10 year lease to Sri Lankan Airlines was completed in April 09 at a rent of £95,000 pa on 5,200 sqft. The tenant had exercised their break option in their original lease, effective from Mar 09.
Riddelltps have managed a £150,000 office refurbishment (funded through dilapidation settlements) which was completed within budget. This office space was subsequently let to Keyline Brands on a new 10 year lease.
