Agreement was reached in April 2006 to obtain vacant possession and the units combined and new shop front installed to facilitate a new letting for a 7,000sq.ft unit to New Look on a new 15 year lease from November 2006 at a commencing rent of £92,500pa. The New Look unit is now one of the most successful trading stores for them in Scotland.
