Acting on behalf of clients, Riddelltps have successfully negotiated new lease terms with Deloitte LLP on 27,000 sq ft of office space in Nottingham. The national accountancy firm committed themselves to the building after Riddelltps agreed terms for them to yield up surplus space, yet remaining in over 70% of the building.
Upon completion, Riddelltps simultaneously completed new lettings with NACAB and Scottish Equitable which accounted for a further 20% of the building.
The last remaining suite, of circa 3,800 sq ft, is currently being marketed which once let, combined with the current rental income, will exceed the previous total income of the whole building.
