Merlin McFly t/a The Edge occupied the ground floor night club. Due to their successful trading terms were agreed for them to expand into vacant 1st floor space for use as a new nightclub. A new lease was completed for 25 years from July 2006 at an initial rent of £45,000pa rising to £60,000pa. The tenant spent over £500,000 fitting out the premises.
