Riddelltps have advised on the sale of the Unifix Campus on Grove Lane, Smethwick to the local NHS trust.
The site was highlighted for the new Smethwick Super Hospital. Riddelltps worked up alternative planning use proposals which formed part of the landlord’s case when protecting its position in the event of a CPO. Closely managed CPO advice and completed negotiations direct with the NHS Trust acquiring authority to secure a sale which significantly exceeded the landlord’s previous valuation.
