• Obtained planning consent for a 75,000 sqft extension, entirely pre-let.
• Anchored by a 65,000 sqft Safeways, with other national retailers including Argos, Boots Opticians, Superdrug & Dorothy Perkins.
• Concluded in excess of 30 rent reviews improving rents from £20 ZA to £40 ZA.
• Management of tenants during substantial extension development.
• Agreed sale on behalf of clients in 2005 to a private investor for £22m.
