Kempton Portfolio

Riddelltps has recently acquired the Kempton Portfolio on behalf of Alderley Capital for £53 million.

• The Kempton Portfolio comprises eight office properties located in Reading, Leatherhead, Fleet, Basingstoke, Birmingham and Warrington, providing a mix of secure income and active asset management opportunities.
• The portfolio has an attractive geographical spread with all properties being located in established centres across the UK.
• All tenants provide a strong covenant with most of the buildings providing a single let.
• Riddelltps has been retained by Alderley Capital to asset manage and day to day manage the portfolio. This will include conducting rent reviews, lease renewals, lease re gearing and lettings.
